Journal of Practice Teaching & Learning in Health and Social Work
The Journal of Practice Teaching and Learning in Health and Social Work* covers all aspects of practice teaching ('field education') in workplace settings in health and social work. It also considers the policy context, and the changing expectations of service users, Government and the public. Material is practically relevant to what practitioners, managers and educators actually do in health, social work and social care. A main theme is the effectiveness of training and education as preparation for work in these fields.
